Be the leader to inspire our career mentors to continue to be the benchmark service in the disability sector.What are you responsible for as the Youth Employment Manager?The Youth Employment Manager will lead strategic initiatives to enhance outcomes for young adults, aligning with organizational goals. You will oversee program development, budgeting, and performance evaluation, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of passionate Career Mentors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and staff development. The Manager will facilitate smooth participant onboarding, manage caseloads, and collaborate with stakeholders. Operational support, including HR functions and stakeholder engagement, is also key. Overall, the Manager plays a crucial role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment and life outcomes, driving positive impact within the organisation and the community.Qualifications and Skills:Qualification in Management, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Development Education or Disability studies (or equivalent work and Life experience).Extensive experience in the disability or employment sector, with a focus on empowering youth to work towards their life and Career Goals.Mastery of the NDIS framework and/or Employment and its provisions for youth employment (15 – 24 year olds).Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving outstanding results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Strong organisational and time management skills, with a knack for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.Unwavering commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.Ready to Lead the Charge?
