Established in 2000, Forest Lake Lodge is a privately owned and operated residential aged care home, with 140 residents, located in Forest Lake. Are you looking for your first opportunity following a course of study in WHS or HR?
Are you someone who has been working in an administrative role 'unofficially' supporting WHS or HR and looking to develop further in a official role?

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process. Support the planning and coordination of training programs. Provide administrative support to to HR functions. Assist with the on boarding and off boarding of staff. Data Management of HRIS. Employee engagement - support the delivery of initiatives.  Assist with WHS - respond to enquiries, hazard inspections, development and review of the WHS Management System, WorkCover claims. Remuneration
$70k per annum Benefits and perks Forest Lake Lodge is located near shops and public transport. Free onsite car parking. All staff have access to novated lease options for a vehicle. Employee Assistance Program. Qualifications
Cert IV in HR Management (desirable)
Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (desirable)
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)

Skills and Experience
Previous experienced gained in a similar role (desirable).
Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills, including reflective listening and empathy.
Understand and ability to maintain the sensitive and confidential nature of the work. 
Skills in supporting and encouraging the development of others.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate initiatives, events and programs.
Advanced communication and writing skills.
Advanced computer skills in use of Microsoft products (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel).
Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time accordingly.
Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with multiple teams.
