About the role: Due to an internal promotion, we are currently looking for an experienced and people-focused leader to join our team as a People and Culture Manager. This role will be based in our Burnley VIC Support Office and will lead 5 People and Culture Business Partners who support 95+ locations across Victoria and Tasmania.
Reporting to our Senior Manager, People and Culture Partnering, this role will partner and provide expert HR leadership, support and provide solutions to our People team, stores, Trade Centres, Distribution and Fulfilment Centres, and divisional Support Office team members.
This is a critical role for our People team and will focus on proactively influencing our National P&C strategy for Bunnings and look to execute it across both states to help to ultimately build our best team for the future.
What's involved: Business partnership with stakeholders on key HR strategic prioritiesInfluence and contribute to the development of our national HR strategy and help to anticipate future trends and emerging issuesProvide leadership, coaching, direction, and support to our People team and also our senior leadersAssess and lead future workforce planning and also lead and implement the talent planning processSupport and execute all ER/IR strategiesTravel as requiredYou'll need: Degree qualified ideally in Business or HR with solid experience in a senior HR leadership roleYou have led and coached HR teams ideally in geographically dispersed locationsAny experience in HR within the retail industry would be highly advantageous – alternatively, experience working in a fast-paced, large multi-site organisation would be idealYou have experience managing a P&LYou're a problem solver, safety focused and experienced in supporting changeExperience partnering with leaders up to and including executive level stakeholdersYou have demonstrated experience with senior leadership engagement and working across ER/IRUltimately you are passionate about the team you lead and support a business to have the best team members by supporting their growth and development.We're here to support you.
