As the Manager of People & Culture at Australia and New Zealand's largest ASX-listed talent solutions & workforce management company, you will be essential in developing and implementing our people strategy to ensure we live up to our Purpose.
This senior leadership role focuses on fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring alignment between workforce management practices and strategic objectives.
You will be part of the Senior People Leadership Group and will provide influential support on all people and culture matters to help achieve organisational goals.
You will leverage analytical skills and business insight to identify key priorities, lead significant projects, and assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
Your leadership will be crucial in developing the People & Culture team and ensuring a commitment to quality through customer-centric initiatives, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Lead the people management and engagement functions to meet organisational goals.
Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
Design and implement initiatives to enhance staff attraction, engagement, and retention.
Monitor and evaluate performance improvement systems.
Promote a learning culture and facilitate staff development.
Manage HR investigations and represent the business in relevant proceedings.
Communicate PeopleIN's mission, vision, and policies effectively.
Provide timely HR advice and stay informed on employment legislation.
Initiative and deliver training and development Recognise and inspire staff contributions to improvement initiatives.
Conduct staff engagement surveys and act on feedback.
Use data for staffing decisions and secure management of personal/business data.
Engage in professional development through performance appraisals.
Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a professional services environment.
5 - 7 years HR/P&C generalist experience.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and workforce planning.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
Ability to drive cultural change and enhance performance.
Strategic thinker with a focus on results.
Experience with HR technology and data analytics.
