You'll be at the heart of the employee journey—whether it's supporting recruitment, managing HR systems, or helping to create a welcoming and engaging workplace culture.Beyond the usual HR tasks, you'll also get involved in exciting projects that make a real impact, like enhancing our workplace health & safety, coordinating travel for our teams, and ensuring we have everything in place to keep our people safe and supported.
Plus, you'll contribute to the cultural fabric of Canstar by organising events, wellness programs, and team-building activities that bring our people together.In this role, no two days will be the same, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to make your mark while growing your career.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience)Previous experience in a P&C Coordinator role (or similar), with a good understanding of HR best practicesProficiency in using HR systems (experience with Employment Hero is a big plus!
