About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a People, Culture and Change Manager to work with our Lincoln Sentry business, based in Acacia Ridge, QLD with very flexible working options. The role is 24 hours per week which can be worked across three, four or five days depending on your preferences.Reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Change (PCC), you will work closely with leaders to provide customer focused strategic and operational HR advice. You will have a pragmatic approach to guiding leaders in areas including Employee Relations, Change Management, Recruitment and Performance Management.
