People & Culture Business Partner

As the People & Culture Business Partner at this expanding financial services firm, you will be responsible for your own business unit, supporting cyclical processes, and providing day-to-day employee support. This newly created role is part of a high-performing team and reports directly to the COO.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
Provide advice and coaching to managers.
Assist with the annual performance review process and remuneration process.
Manage the execution of People processes, such as monitoring probation periods and contract end dates.
Participate in company-wide People projects as needed.
Actively contribute as a member of the WHS committee and People Investment and Inclusion Committee.
Key Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
4+ years of relevant HR experience.
Experience within the Finance industry is advantageous.
Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously.
