We are seeking an experienced People Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our People Partnering team.
In this role, you will report to the Head of People Partnering and will be responsible for planning and delivering exceptional people experiences across our Group Technology, Product Development, and myprosperity business units. This includes active participation in strategic and cyclical people and culture initiatives.
The position is based in Sydney. Key responsibilities:Partner with senior leaders to develop, coach and implement effective people policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.Collaborate with leaders to design organisational structures, job roles, and talent management processes to drive organisational strategy.Effectively manage complex ER cases end-to-end.Maintain a current knowledge of legislation and regulations that relate to people and participate in developing appropriate policies and procedures.Offer coaching, counselling, and learning solutions to leaders and employees to promote professional development and career progression opportunities.Enable a culture of high performance by educating and coaching leaders on performance management and performance discussions.In collaboration with the People & Culture Team, help develop culture strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing employee engagement.Educate leaders and team members on remuneration practices including remuneration, incentives, and recognition programs.Manage cyclical P&C processes for assigned business units, including the annual performance appraisal process.Key skills required:Formal HR qualifications.Previous experience people partnering with Technology stakeholders highly regarded.Experience executing cyclical P&C processes, organisational design and managing complex ER cases.A demonstrated knowledge of HR best practice, including applicable state and national employment laws and regulations.Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills using pragmatism and a commercial mindset.Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, whilst balancing the commercial interests of the Company.Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on the audience.A commitment to delivering great outcomes for our people is essential.At HUB we pride ourselves on creating possibilities for our clients, but also for ourselves.
