In this role, be part of a small, friendly, and dedicated multi-disciplinary People & Culture team and support several aspects including onboarding, professional development, capability, performance, driving culture change and ensure that strategy, processes, and tools to enrich the experience of 250+ dedicated staff across multiple business units. Reporting to the People, Learning & Culture Manager, you will: Lead organisation-wide learning and development programs Offer expert guidance, advice and coaching to managers on various HR matters Collaborate with stakeholders on organisational capability, diversity, leadership, and change initiatives Serve as the main contact for Employee Relations (ER) issues Ensure compliance with laws and foster a positive work environment Regular travel to MSQ locations in Southeast Queensland Working 3 days a week from our brand-new purpose-built workspace nestled at Milton's Park Road, and accessible by multiple public transport options, join a respectful, transparent, and collaborative team at MS Queensland where values are at the core.
