Urbis, Shaping futures your way! The Opportunity: Urbis has an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Analyst (Applications, Reward and Reporting).
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will utilise your strong technical and analytical background across HR practices and principles to leverage our HRIS for process optimisation, data integrity and reporting.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or Coordinator to pivot their career to a HR Specialist pathway within Rewards, Remuneration and Systems.
You will: Assist and support in the annual remuneration and performance review processes, including remuneration benchmarking and market remuneration assessment.Assist and supporting performance management processes to ensure they are effective and efficient.Implement and refining HRIS features or modules to ensure optimal performance.Maintain and enhancing various HR system, pinpointing and executing process enhancements, crafting and updating documentation, and assisting with integration to ensure smooth data transition and an improved user experience.Generating and interpreting regular reports from the HRIS, offering valuable insights into employee data, trends, and key HR metrics.Upholding data integrity within the HRIS through regular audits and managing the resolution of discrepancies.Assisting with the management of remuneration programs, cyclical activities, promotions, and market benchmarking/pricing.Providing guidance on remuneration, performance management and HRIS systems to business leaders and the P&C team.Building and driving continuous improvement through the collection and analysis of workforce data reporting, analytics, insights, and trends.About you: 3 years of proven experience working in a HR role with an interest in pursuing a HR Specialist pathwayTertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field with a strong emphasis on data analysisSound understanding of current HR trends and processesProficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis tools, reporting software and Advanced Excel and Microsoft Application skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to inform strategic decision-makingAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver outcomes within set timeframesExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholdersA pragmatic approach – solutions focusedWhy Urbis?
