Your new roleAs People and Culture Advisor, you will undertake a true generalist role. This will include:
Providing HR advisory support to your teams and client group.Supporting leaders to manage complex ER matters.Working with leaders to recruit key positions, and supporting the graduate and vacation clerk programs.Conducting reviews of P&C policies and procedures.Actively working on a range of P&C projects.Generalist HR activities across onboarding, culture, talent management, performance, remuneration and rewards, employee issues.Managing the HRIS system and employee documentation as required.What you'll need to succeedAs an experienced HR Advisor and HR generalist, you will have substantial experience operating at this level in previous roles and providing advice and guidance to business leaders. You will be tertiary qualified, with impeccable communication skills and ideally prior experience within the professional services or related industry.
You will be a team player that can work with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with all levels of seniority within the firm.
