About the role This dynamic role will see you driving:
Recruitment - Manage the recruitment and selection processes across the group, including scheduling interviews and liaising with applicants and recruiters.Administration - Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and contracts.Community - Drive community initiatives and promote national days in the workplace.Onboarding - Coordinate new employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Newsletters - Prepare and distribute staff newsletters to promote company cultureSupport - Manage internal and external HR enquiries and escalate issues as needed.Document management - Maintain HR records and databases accurately.Staff engagement - Prepare and distribute employee engagement surveys and culture programs.Compliance - Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.Projects - Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and programs.Employee Value Proposition - Promote the business EVP, ensuring employees understand and access staff benefits. Reporting - Prepare and analyse HR metrics for reporting.Cyclical activities - Assist with HR tasks such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, remuneration reviews, talent management, annual reporting, and people development. We're looking for someone who: Holds tertiary qualifications in HR, or a related HR qualification.Brings previous administrative experience in a People & Culture team.Excels in time management, communication, and teamwork.Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with HRIS experience as a bonus.Demonstrates trustworthiness, respect, and ethics in all HR practices.Excels in a team environment.
