Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner with their business counterparts, you will provide not only operational support, but also thought leadership on strategic HR programs and initiatives to improve business performance.In this diverse and varied position, you will:Participate in the implementation of the People business plan and is responsible for the execution of the plan within their dedicated business groupsSupport the business by planning, and executing People plans and strategic solutions that result in successful business outcomesPartner with Regional Business Group Leaders (BGL's) to understand business priorities and talent needs to proactively respond both strategically and tactically as required to meet business needsParticipate and support the creation and implementation of people programs, strategies, and plans in consideration of your function's prioritiesCollaborate with the People Centres of Excellence to influence the design of new and existing HR programs, practices, and processWork with Leaders to collaboratively develop actions to build a high-performance culture and increase staff wellbeing and engagementSupport the Regional People Leader with the execution and day-to-day management of change plans within the Region in support of business prioritiesDesign and apply change management and organisational development strategiesEvaluate and handle escalated Employee Relations issues as they ariseProvide support for national/global projectsAbout you:Relevant tertiary qualifications – in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration with experience preferably gained from a professional service environmentDemonstrated experience in the effective delivery of people adviceCredible relationship management with the proven ability to exercise discretion with confidential and sensitive mattersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPresentation and project management skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and capability with data analyticsThis role is a permanent role which can be either part time or full time but must be based in AdelaideInterested?
