Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the People & Culture Team Leader will lead the strategy and operations of the P&C team, overseeing daily tasks to support team performance goals and career development. This role partners with the business to provide advice on various HR functions to ensure a safe and productive workplace aligned with strategic goals. Additionally, the Team Leader will assist with strategic P&C initiatives and other HR projects.
  
The Appointee:
This is an excellent opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner with leadership exposure eager to take that next step in their HR career or for a People & Culture Team Leader who can hit the ground running in an excellent company. The ideal candidate will possess:
5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the Technology, Software Development, or Engineering sectors A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Administration Experience in managing and coaching team members to ensure daily operational harmony. Solid experience delivering functional HR expertise across the full generalist remit.
