Reporting Into: GM of People and Culture

About the Role:

Shape the future of our client's Fulfilment Centres as the People and Culture Manager – Supply Chain. Lead the P&C strategy, drive engagement, and create an amazing workplace across VIC and NSW.

What You'll Do:
Strategy: Align our P&C strategy with business goals, focusing on employee experience.Leadership: Develop and coach the P&C Advisor, lead HR activities, and foster a motivated, diverse, and inclusive work environment.Business Partnering: Support Fulfilment Leadership, manage workforce planning, and optimiseprocesses.Employee Relations: Lead bargaining processes, improve P&C practices, and handle compliance initiatives.
Who You Are & Must Haves:
Degree in HR or related fieldExperience in warehouse/distribution environmentsStrong ER/IR background with EBAs and AwardsExcellent communication and leadership skills with exceptional stakeholder management skillsPassionate about diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being
