This will include everything from administration and compliance through to the strategic support.
Responsibilities Ensure Stahmann Webster is compliant with legislation and internal quality standards Coach and facilitate performance management processes Provide coaching and mentoring to all staff Assist in identifying training and development needs Salary review and benchmarking Prepare monthly reports Manage the recruitment and onboarding process Work with senior managers on change management initiatives Assist the GM People and Culture with P&C Strategy Help develop and implement strategies to attract, retain and develop high-calibre employees Work with Managers to identify organisational structure/workforce planning Work with management team to ensure succession planning is in place Foster a workplace culture that supports business strategy To be successful in this role you will need: 5+ years of HR Management experience Experience in coaching and mentoring senior managers regarding process and compliance Ability to interpret awards and industrial instruments Strong IR knowledge Ability to develop policies and procedures Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding process Ability to regularly travel to sites including overnight HR Degree or a Degree in a related discipline About us At Stahmann Webster, we pride ourselves on being farm-to-table producers of world-class pecans, walnuts, macadamias, and almonds.
