The Role MOVE Bank is searching for our next People and Culture Manager to join the Bank during an exciting phase and be part of the team that shapes the future of MOVE. This stand-alone role reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for all aspects of the HR function in addition to WH&S. This true generalist role has a major involvement in daily HR operations and some strategic functions.
Responsibilities Include: Learning and development Partnering with leaders on their recruitment needs Partnering with leaders on performance management Employee and industrial relations Injury management Workplace, health, and safety Reward and recognition Interpreting, analysing, problem solving, advising and reporting on a range of strategic and operational people and culture matters The Person We are looking for a People and Culture Manager that takes a contemporary approach to Human Resources and enjoys a hands-on role. You will have a growth mindset, advanced communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at every level in the organisation.
Including: Bachelor's degree with studies in Human Resources (desirable) Queensland Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator Certification (or willing to obtain) Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (desirable) Minimum 5 years' working experience in Human Resources Knowledge and experience in contemporary human resources management including employee relations, recruitment and selection, workplace rehabilitation, remuneration, organisational development, performance management, and industrial relations If you are an experienced Human Resources professional that thrives in a hands-on role and wants to take on exciting new challenges, we would love to hear from you!
