Language Requirement: Mandarin Primary Functions:
• Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
• Manage a diverse workforce of over 50 employees, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and productivity across the organization.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, focusing on resolution and maintaining a harmonious and respectful workplace.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing actionable feedback and supporting employee development and career progression.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, promoting best HR practices within the company.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and execute HR initiatives that support company growth and workforce satisfaction.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Significant experience in an HR management role, ideally within the international trade or a related industry in Australia.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing teams of 50 or more employees, with a strong ability to lead in a multicultural environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and ever-evolving business environment, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential to support effective communication in our multicultural setting.
