This is an opportunity to own and develop a people and culture role with support from our chairman, who is also a lawyer and HR professional.
This is a permanent full-time position. 

Duties: Continually develop a culture that is founded on our company valuesOnboarding and off boarding staffManagement of our employee files through our custom HRM systemManage and coordinate HR projects and initiativesAssist with recruitment and selection of prospective employeesProvide general advice to managersPerformance managementPayroll and leave managementStrategic Planning About you: Must have at least 5 years past experience in a similar roleA tertiary qualification in HRDemonstrated knowledge of Fair Work & NESThe ability to maintain confidentialityCommunicate effectively at all levelsSolve problems and demonstrate initiativeA fun but professional approach to supporting a relaxed and efficient workplaceIf this sounds like you please submit your resume.
