A chance to really make a difference.Flexible hybrid modelAttractive hourly rateA chance to work with and positively impact your communityAbout the role:Design approaches to improve organisational, operational and people strategies addressing specific business imperatives that positively impact operational performance.Use data analytics and reporting to advise and guide managers for effective and insightful decision-making. Distill information into key insights, clear recommendations and action plans.Lead, develop and support the recruitment and people services team to meet service expectations of the organisation, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.Educate and influence stakeholders regarding the implementation of consistent HR strategy and practices on People and Culture strategy, framework, policies, procedures, to deliver equity and consistency.Work collaboratively with the organisation to provide comprehensive advice, education and service delivery, whilst building strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.Lead the development and implementation of People and Culture systems and projects as determined by the General Manager People and Culture.Lead and develop a talent strategy, including eRecruit system and onboarding of employees utilising various market applicable methods/mediums.Oversee and monitor the People and Culture Services budget and provide regular updates to the General Manager.Manage the Labour Hire Contract, including regular meetings and problem resolution with preferred suppliers and contract customers.Manage the remuneration framework, including the moderation, evaluation and award and above award classifications of position descriptions, whilst ensuring organisational benchmarking.Manage the HRIS systems to ensure effective development and application of business needs, along with accuracy of data capture.Contribute to strategic decision making within the People and Culture section maintaining currency of professional knowledge, applying business acumen and fiscal responsibility when discussing strategies and operationalising plans within People and Culture.Provide advice on responsibilities as they apply to legislative funding, trainee and apprentice wage classifications and progression, and ensure compliance with relevant administrative directives.About the individual:Bachelor level qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Law or similar relevant qualification.Extensive experience working in a similar role in a diverse multi-disciplined organisation.High level of experience supporting a People and Culture function, whilst developing and mentoring a small team.Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills which effectively deliver strategic advice to a broad customer group.Highly developed communication and negotiation skills with the ability to drive change with key stakeholders and industries and solve complex problems through the design and implementation of effective solutions.Working knowledge of applicable legislation and the interpretation of industrial instruments.Demonstrated ability to be flexible and able to respond to changing demands and priorities efficiently and effectively.Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite of applications.At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
