People And Culture Coordinator

The Situation:We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People and Culture coordinator for a 6 month fixed-term position with our client in the manufacturing industry.
Your Typical Day: Timecard ManagementRecruitment activities (including co-ordination of advertising, shortlisting, interviews, appointments, aptitude testing, reference checks, clothing issues, document compliance etc)Site based P&C functions for example; school engagement, employee query resolution.Administration - drafting & issuing contracts, employee filingWhat's on Offer: A 6 month fixed-term position contract based in Mackay, within the manufacturing industry.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the People and Culture team.Experience working in a dynamic organisation located in a beautiful tropical region with great employee benefits.About you: Two plus years experience in recruitment or HR.If you're ready to contribute your organisational skills and passion for HR to a thriving team, we'd love to hear from you!
