This role involves working closely with managers across the organization, driving talent management initiatives, and managing HR platforms to enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR platforms and frameworks to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. Manage the remuneration budget and forecast, collaborating with Finance to ensure alignment. Oversee HR technology systems (e.g., BambooHR) to streamline processes and enhance digital experiences. Coach leaders to build capability and promote a high-performance culture. Lead organization-wide initiatives to embed company values and promote employee engagement. Provide expert advice on policy, employee relations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Partner with senior leaders to develop workforce strategies and manage talent identification processes. Manage relationships with key vendors and external partners. Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. 5–6 years of experience in generalist HR roles, including remuneration management and HR technology. Strong skills in HR systems (BambooHR, Power BI) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with HR analytics, government reporting, and change management. Ability to manage employee relations across different regions and cultures. Proven capability in working autonomously and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
