As our Senior Organisation Development Specialist, reporting to the General Manager, Culture & Organisational Development, you will play a pivotal role in implementing culture transformation initiatives for The Star Sydney, aligned with The Star's Culture Reform Program and Measurement Framework. You will also support other key Organisational Development initiatives including Talent, Performance, and Leadership Development.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can collaborate closely with a diverse array of stakeholders, focusing on driving impactful change and cultivating a culture in The Star Sydney that champions The Star's vision and strategic objectives.
A few of your responsibilities: Work with the General Manager, Culture & Organisational Development to implement the culture transformation initiatives aligned with the Remediation Plan, focused on The Star Sydney.Partner with The Star Sydney General Manager, People Operations, Property P&P team, and Property Leadership Team for the successful implementation of culture transformation and OD initiatives.Continue to drive culture with a focus on Purpose, Values, and Principles (PVP) across The Star Sydney organisation and build leadership capability in this regard.Facilitate internal workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of the desired culture.Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and teams through a proactive approach on culture change and change management best practices.What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.Proven experience in human resources, culture transformation, organisational development, or change management.Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Ideally 5+ years' experience in Human Resource functions.About You: You are a dynamic and strategic leader with a passion for driving cultural transformation and building cohesive, values-driven environments. Your strong communication and facilitation skills enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and departments. You possess a natural ability to lead by example, empowering others while fostering a sense of purpose and shared commitment.
