About the Role
Do you have a passion for driving positive workplace culture and making a real difference?
We are seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to play a key role in supporting our People and Culture Team.
In this role, you'll partner with managers across the Council to deliver strategic HR initiatives, provide expert advice, and champion best people practices.
Your areas of focus will include Recruitment, Onboarding, Employment Arrangements, Performance Management, and Workplace Investigations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, supportive team where your contributions will have a direct impact on both our workforce and the wider community.
