Job Description We are seeking a dynamic People & Business Culture Business Partner to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract & in a Part Time 4 days per week basis!
In this exciting role you will lead the IPAR HR Strategy, whilst contributing to our parent company's HR initiatives.
You will work with our brand leaders to manage our employee experience through all stages of their career with IPAR.
This role has the flexibility to work from home and/or from one of our offices across Australia.
In this role, you will support the IPAR Executive General Manager & Group Divisional HR lead to align people and strategy, contributing to the delivery of divisional and brand strategic objectives.
We are looking for someone to drive Diversity and Inclusion, Reconciliation Action Objectives and enhance our peoples and potential framework.
You will be a person who loves people and working to create initiatives that further enhance our workplace culture whilst building people capability.
You will be hands-on, fostering strong relationships with your stakeholders and the team.
Working closely with a motivated group of leaders, you will develop strong partnerships and provide them with practical advice and services across the employment lifecycle, you will ensure that legislation and policy is supported within the organisation and will play a critical role in empowering local teams to continue to optimise levels of wellbeing and productivity to support service excellence.
In your interactions with leaders, you will help them to continue to build their capability and confidence in managing people.
You are passionate about human resources and have practical experience as a HR generalist as well as a relevant qualification.
You pride yourself on your relationship management and customer service and have a proven track record of supporting leaders to be the best they can be in running their business units.
You take great satisfaction in building the confidence and capability of others to become more self-sufficient in respect of people management issues and are strongly committed to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
