Key responsibilities Coordination of all onboarding and offboarding processes End-to-end recruitment and talent mapping Undertaking ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Director of People and Culture Responsible for workers compensation Be the primary point of contact for internal HR inquiries, including advising on multi-price agreements, awards, and policies Creating employment documents and day-to-day people operations Essential to this role Previous HR generalist experience in a comparable role A good understanding of awards and multi-price agreements Personal and professional integrity Be a collaborative team player and an excellent communicator We offer outstanding opportunities for professional development, a supportive work environment, and new experiences.
