You will work closely with the Senior Coordinator, Library Concierge, and Peer Mentoring to support daily operations and continuously enhance initiatives for RMIT learners through digital platforms. Peer Mentoring is a crucial service offered by the Library and works in tandem with Study Support services to provide a unified service for all RMIT students.The incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders to support the integration of mentoring and student engagement initiatives, in accordance with the University's strategic goals.To be successful in this position, you'll have:Demonstrated experience in coordinating student support services and communications, with a strong focus on student engagement and experience.Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service by understanding and addressing stakeholder needs.Experience in working and communicating and collaborating effectively with a range of stakeholders.Highly developed organizational and interpersonal communication skills.Proven ability to work independently, use initiative, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a demanding environment, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative and creative solutions.Proven ability to adapt to changing software, digital technology, and service delivery requirements.Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.About the GroupRMIT University LibraryRMIT University Library is a creative partner in the achievement of RMIT University's teaching, learning and research strategic goals.
