Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Support Officer at our Macquarie Park office (in Sydney) , for a Full Time, 12 month Fixed Term contract role.
Reporting to the Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll operations team including reporting, position management, compensation management, employee relationship management and ad-hoc tasks as required.
We currently use CHRIS21 and experience with CHRIS21 or iCHRIS is preferred but we are also open to anyone with experience on a similar comprehensive payroll processing system and willing to be trained on CHRIS21.
The Position:
Prepare and upload super file to clearing house, then organising the payment Checking and re-banking the returned super Reconcile and process portable LSL levy payment and claims Complete month end processing tasks Create new job/task (cost centre) records and positions as requested by payroll operation team or finance team Prepare and run the ad hoc reports as requested. Ensure the accurate and timely payment of superannuation and other payments, while meeting internal and external reporting deadlines Our Benefits:

Provide exceptional customer service to all stake holders Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to work in an office environment Knowledge of Payroll/HR using a comprehensive payroll processing system such as CHRIS21/iCHRIS (ideal) or similar (SAP ECP, Preceda, ADP, etc) Willing to be trained on CHRIS21/iChris Desirable Criteria:
