About you: A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated Payroll Officer with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team.

The successful applicant will join a high performance payroll services team responsible for delivering efficient payroll services to approximately 4,000 FTE employees.
As the Payroll Services Officer your core role will involve: Working with other Payroll Services Officers to deliver a highly accurate payroll service.
Participate in process improvement projects Business engagement with a wide range of stakeholders across a number of entities to ensure their needs are met and exceeded Deliver high quality customer service Application Instructions: To have you application considered you are required to upload a current CV/Resume as well as a separate cover letter/document addressing the 'Selection Criteria' as below.

Selection Criteria: Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia Experience in a complex high volume payroll environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Exposure to CHRIS 21 or similar payroll system Exposure to an automated time and attendance system Preferably Kronos or similar Demonstrated experience with Health awards/agreements or worked in an area with complex award conditions across multiple agreements Demonstrated experience in the provision of superior internal customer service at an operational level.
