Job Description Processing payroll for 1000 employees within deadlines across both Australia and New Zealand Creating and maintaining staff personnel files Calculating termination benefits and leave entitlements Balancing payroll ledger accounts Preparing payroll and budget reports Ensuring timely ATO and superannuation payments Interpreting awards and agreements, assisting with HR administration Managing end-of-year payroll processing and STP payment summaries The Successful Applicant 2+ years experience as a Payroll Officer Strong understanding of Australian awards and payroll legislation Experience using Oracle and proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Understanding of TIPT/QMS systems highly desirable but not required What's on Offer Flexible working model: 1-2 days WFH Work for an ASX listed company Opportunity for career development Supportive and friendly team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
