Your new role


In this role, you will be responsible for: End-end payroll, payroll adjustments, leave reconciliations, terminations Complete worker's compensation payments Ensuring compliance with company procedures and accuracy with employee data in relevant payroll systems Completing monthly and yearly tax return reconciliations Handle and close out payroll queries as well as HR queries What you'll need to succeed Previous experience managing payruns of 100+ employees Experience interpreting relevant awards, payroll tax, super, terminations and leave accruals A strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing Excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple and competing priorities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment What you'll get in return Generous salary + super A nurturing development manager here to help you thrive In the heart of the Greater Western Sydney Region Plenty of opportunity to advance your career A great work culture and team environment Free onsite parking Reward programs and memberships with nearby organisations to the area Company paid personal development Discounts on our services that we provide Frequent team lunch outings What you need to do now
