The Opportunity Join our friendly payroll team as we look for a motivated Payroll Officer to support our Victorian operations. You'll assist with the entire payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all calculations while following relevant laws and regulations. Resolving payroll issues and providing support to the payroll team will be key parts of your role. You'll also work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to help integrate payroll operations and ensure accurate reporting.
What You'll Do Assist in preparing fortnightly payrolls for multiple locations.Prepare and process necessary documentation for new hires, contract variations, and terminations.Respond to payroll inquiries promptly and accurately.Prepare and reconcile payment summaries, superannuation contributions, and other payroll-related documents.Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager.What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you should have some payroll experience in a busy, fast-paced environment, a flexible attitude, and a commitment to delivering payroll on time. You'll also need to be good at building positive relationships within a friendly and supportive team.
