Job Description Management and administration of Micropay and ConnX payroll systems Processing of fortnightly payroll and end of month reports Administration of superannuation, taxation and other deductions Maintenance of employee payroll records Compliance with relevant payroll legislation and awards Assistance with annual audits Provision of payroll support to other team members Contribution to process improvement within the payroll function The Successful Applicant The successful applicant would have: Experience in Micropay or ConnX is preferred Sound understanding of payroll legislation and awards Candidates with strong experience within end-to-end payroll Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and team collaboration skills What's on Offer Salary of up to 90,000 AUD per annum plus superannuation Permanent position within a leading education 1 day WFH and potential for flexible hours Supportive and progressive work culture Opportunity to contribute to community service and education Parking on-site available If you are a dedicated Payroll Officer seeking a fulfilling role within the Not For Profit sector, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
