Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.
Ventia will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.

About the Role? Ventia's Payroll Officer will ensure the accurate payment of wages to employees, in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements, legislation, industrial instruments and organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities Provide payroll and statutory end to end activities to ensure the accurate and timely payment of wages to employees Review, investigate, and calculate wage related discrepancies, reporting, customer requests, payroll audit reports Accurately prepare reports as required under statutory and reporting obligations, business corporate reporting, budgeting or other as requested.
Superannuation calculations and timely reconciliation and remittance of funds About You Experience managing payroll for a large blue-collar workforce Experience in SAP, Microsoft suite and payrolling systems Sound knowledge of statutory requirements, wage rates and enterprise agreements Excellent time management & attention to detail skills C Class drivers licence (Advantageous) Diversity Ventia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
