As a Payroll Officer at UnitingCare, you will be responsible for the reliable, accurate and timely processing of transactional pay related activities made in accordance with the policies and procedures of UnitingCare as well as the governing legislation.
Please note, this is a full time permanent position. Your part in our UnitingCare team Employee file maintenance, time data checks and corrections, leave processing, new starters, terminations and job changes.Completing all tasks allocated to a high standard, within the required timelines and in accordance with the documented procedures.Ensure all processing complies with the internal and external audit requirements.Staff are paid in accordance with their terms and conditions of employmentUndertake full end to end payroll processing, including the completion of a fortnightly payrun. Interpretation and processing of complex transactionsProvision of information as requested through internal Workday queries and direct telephone queries from Bluecare team members. What makes a difference for us? A dynamic customer centric individual, who puts the customer at the heart of their decision making.Previous experience in Aurion and KRONOS time and attendance system would be highly regarded, but not required.Proven experience working within a large and complex environment with multiple EBA's, Awards, and pay processing cycles.Ability to relate to team members payroll queries with empathy and understanding.
