Payroll Coordinator

Sedgman Limited is part of the CIMIC Group's mineral processing company and is a leading provider of mineral processing and associated infrastructure solutions to the global resources industry.
We are a full project life cycle delivery company incorporating the development, project execution and ongoing operations phases of each project.
The role will require but not be limited to: Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly outsourced payrollsAssist with the onboarding of new employees by processing new hires in various platforms.
Working with candidates to ensure paperwork is accurately completed in fullEnsure personnel files are maintained, up to date, scanned and archived when necessaryAd hoc administration projects as requiredParticipate in internal / external audits as requiredPerform general ledger reconciliations of payroll clearing accounts as requiredMake changes to employee payroll data in accordance with policy and procedure in a timely mannerHandle payroll queries in a timely fashion in accordance with SLA'sContinuous improvement of procedures and systemsCalculate third party paymentsAssist with end of monthWhat are we looking for?
