Payroll Coordinator

Sedgman Limited is part of the CIMIC Group's mineral processing company and is a leading provider of mineral processing and associated infrastructure solutions to the global resources industry. We are a full project life cycle delivery company incorporating the development, project execution and ongoing operations phases of each project.
The role will require but not be limited to: Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly outsourced payrollsAssisting with the onboarding of new employees by processing new hires in various platforms and working with candidates to ensure paperwork is accurately completed in fullEnsuring personnel files are maintained, up to date, scanned and archived when necessaryParticipating in internal/external audits as requiredPerforming general ledger reconciliations of payroll clearing accounts as requiredMaking changes to employee payroll data in accordance with policy and procedure in a timely mannerHandling payroll queries in a timely fashion in accordance with SLA'sContinuous improvement of procedures and systemsCalculating third party paymentsAssisting with end of month processesWhat are we looking for? 3+ years payroll experienceExperience delivering end to end payrollExperience interpreting EBA's / ECA'sStrong organisational skillsWhat's in it for you?
