Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analysing payroll data, maintaining payroll information, preparing reports, resolving discrepancies, and providing payroll information as required. Your expertise in ADP will be essential to your success in this role.Analyse payroll data to ensure accurate distribution of wages and benefits.Maintain payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data.Update payroll records by tracking changes in exemptions, job classifications, and job rates.Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Payroll Analyst position brings proven experience in a similar role along with an in-depth knowledge of ADP software. Your strong numerical skills coupled with your meticulous attention to detail will enable you to excel in this role. You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and can handle confidential information with discretion. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
