In this vital role, you will handle the provisional registration of all inpatients, both planned and unplanned, and deliver a high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service to clients, staff, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include: provide comprehensive support for all clients either by personal presentation or via telephone.undertaking accurate and timely, efficient professional administrative services.locating staff through paging and public address systems during both routine and emergency situations.
About You Strong communicator with effective verbal and written skills for interacting with a diverse range of clients and professionals.Excellent customer service, administrative and clerical support, including a helpful approach in challenging situations.Proficient in computer use, use of Microsoft applications - word processing, developing spreadsheets and data entry.Committed to upholding confidentiality and adhering to health service policies.
