ARE YOU LOOKING FOR THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR CAREER? Our Hamilton branch is looking for an exceptional individual to join our parts department as a Parts Manager for our John Deere lineup for agriculture equipment.
About the Role As a Parts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the branch leadership team. You'll translate division priorities into actionable objectives for the Parts Department, ensuring alignment with Brandt's commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Implementing and executing Brandt's Parts processes and procedures. Developing and implementing branch-specific processes to help improve customer satisfaction and branch profitability. Ensuring employees are knowledgeable of, and adhering to, Parts processes and procedures, resulting in high customer satisfaction and appropriate inventory carrying costs and margins. Monitoring customer satisfaction to identify recurring issues and collaborating with employees and fellow managers to resolve systemic issues. Managing workflow and Parts department costs, particularly labor costs by ensuring appropriate levels of staffing and high productivity of technicians through adequate training. About You: Previous experience in a leadership role or as a parts technician, showcasing strong leadership abilities and a commitment to operational excellence. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving satisfaction through effective Parts department management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building strong customer relationships and fostering a cohesive team environment. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Collaborative mindset with the capability to motivate and mentor team members toward achieving departmental goals. Familiarity with parts management in a busy shop environment, preferably within agriculture or related industries.
