We are looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Dubbo team! Responsibilities: Carry site audit by following systemised procedure for receiving, storing, labelling, returns, and dispensing parts & materials. Review matched supplier invoices against delivered parts & materials and authorise for payment. If vehicle is on the premises, confirm correctness of parts against it, advise site Team Leader and vendor of any errors. Any other Duties as directed by management. Requirements: Experienced person with knowledge of motor trade terminology. Previous experience as a parts interpreter desirable. Extremely organised and meticulous. Previous experience with iBodyshop. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong desire for customer satisfaction. Previous experience with Accounts Payable (Desirable).
