The will function as a core member of our Revenue & Partnerships team to maximise business outcomes, and act as a frontline sales operator.

About the Role You will join the Revenue & Partnerships team at WeMoney, reporting to the Executive General Manager (Revenue & Partnerships) and work alongside a dynamic and high-performing team.
As a Revenue & Partnerships team member, you will:
Act as a trusted partner to our sales team, offering comprehensive operational and analytical support.Sales Planning: Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies, and collaborate with sales leadership to align goals and objectives.Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed.Analyse and improve our go-to-market process, using best practice pipeline management techniques coupled with new & existing technologies to improve funnel management.Assist with the design, implementation, and utilisation of the sales tech stack, support tools and processes.What we're looking for:
Experience working with a high-growth B2C and/or B2B sales business, in a fast-paced, agile environment.
The ideal candidate will approach the job with a great sense of urgency, enjoy taking the initiative, thrive at juggling multiple priorities, and seamlessly shift gears as needed.A willingness and eagerness to roll up your sleeves and jump into the trenches, performing a wide range of duties to successfully drive projects across the finish line under tight deadlines and with a high standard of excellence and attention to detail.A mature and strong-minded individual who leans into receiving feedback, is eager to grow, and doesn't shy away from being challenged for personal growth.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with all personality types at all levels, ability to navigate difficult conversations or situations.Ability to quickly draft highly purposeful and effective communication that drive clarity and impact.
Strong competency with presentation mediums (e.g., sheets, slides, docs etc).This role is suited to someone who is looking for the next step in their Sales career, or a recent graduate looking to grow.
