Partnerships Specialist

We are currently seeking to appoint a Partnerships Specialist to deliver excellent account management whilst creating positive relationships with Cricket Victoria commercial partners including the facilitation of related match day and non-match day partner activations and events.
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing the existing portfolio and assisting with new acquisitions of sponsor partners to ensure accurate delivery of agreed sponsor benefits.Managing all day-to-day communications with all partners, ensuring ongoing partner relationships are strong, and maximising value and ROI.Developing proposals, renewals and review documents to a high level.Building and fostering relationships with existing and potential partners.Managing and delivering all activations, programs and events for and with partners (both at-match and non-match day).Establishing a detailed understanding of commercial partners' marketing plans and develop, deliver and review creative concepts for partners.Drafting sponsorship contracts and agreements including deliverables, timeframes, inclusions/exclusions and performance metrics.Providing event management support at all home games (and away games if necessary), managing all sponsorship activations, partner money can't buy (MCB) experiences and other related activities.Identifying, creating and customising sponsorship properties and packages.Utilizing Salesforce CRM to design, implement, and maintain an efficient sales pipeline that aligns with company objectives.Liaising with all business units to ensure plans are integrated with other business objectives.Proactively seek expenditure efficiencies without compromising essential quality across CV, considering bulk buying advantage.About You You will be able to create and retain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders as well as display exceptional presentation and attention to detail skills.
You will be self-driven and high motivated, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and 'get it done'.
Ultimately, you will have proven experience in creating sponsorship campaigns and delivering an end-to-end solution for current and prospective partners, whilst being outcome driven.
To be considered, you will meet the below criteria:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant degree i.e.
Sports Management, Business, Marketing, etc.Proven work history in a similar roleAble to think creatively and deliver ideas for partners and the greater businessStrong communication (written and verbal) skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work within a small team environmentValid Victorian Employee Working with Children CheckCurrent Driver's licence and access to own vehicleThe Benefits We're one big collaborative team and we encourage a good work life balance through flexible working.
