The Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships, the Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for fostering relationships with a portfolio of corporate partners to retain and grow support for Perth Festival. As the Partnerships Coordinator, you will:
Implement strategies to secure support for the Festival's artistic vision and programs. Effectively administer a portfolio of partnerships (with a focus on in-kind support) - from preparing proposals and delivering partnership benefits through to reporting and acquittals. Work with the Senior Manager, Partnerships to plan and implement a year-round stewardship strategy to engage existing and prospective partners.Regularly review, update and maintain the team's systems and processes to streamline the delivery of partner benefits. Identify potential new business opportunities and prepare of high quality, compelling and equitable sponsorship proposals and applications. The ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria: Minimum two years' experience in a partnerships, fundraising or client account management role.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build a strong rapport with external stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.A strong attention to detail with well-developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, coordinate workflow and track tasks.High level of proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.High ethical standards of behaviour, good judgment and confidentiality.Familiarity with the local corporate / sponsorship sector is desirable.Knowledge and understanding of the arts industry is desirable.Experience with Tessitura, or other client-based CRM is desirable.Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and / or people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds is highly desirable.Demonstrate Perth Festival's values – Innovation | Excellence | Access | Trust – and celebrate humanity with creativity.The Festival Offers Non-profit organisation with some salary packaging benefits.Paid parental leaves.5 weeks annual leaveFlexible working arrangementsA genuine and supportive team culture A strong employee listening culture which provides regular opportunities to provide your feedback which is used to make improvements to our organisation.To Apply Perth Festival is a dynamic environment that engages with some of the most incredible professionals, artists and art in the world.
