Marketing Communications Manager Full time The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing and communication plans across various channels to support the brand, business goals, and customer engagement. This role will oversee member and external communications, digital marketing, brand management, content creation, public relations, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong communicator, and results-driven professional who excels in multitasking and collaborating with several stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies that align with business objectives.Establish and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective initiatives.Brand Management:Own and enhance brand image, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing and communication channels.Own brand guidelines for internal and external use.Content Creation and Management:Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and videos.Collaborate with external agencies to create compelling and engaging content.Digital Marketing:Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.Public Relations and Media Relations:Working together with the PR agency, lead PR strategy, manage press releases, and cultivate relationships with media outlets to promote the company's image and offerings.Event Planning and Coordination:Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up communications for events.Member Engagement and Communications:Drive regular member communications across the consortium to ensure members are engaged and informed of the consortium activities.Support our member communication initiatives by promoting their capabilities and projects related to AROSE's objectives.Establish member marketing working group to drive AROSE initiatives and create customer testimonials.Measurement and Reporting:Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to improve results.Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, ROI, and brand metrics.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in B2B or technology-driven industries.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working with external agencies.Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and content management systems (CMS).Understanding of SEO best practices and digital advertising.Experience in event management and public relations.What We Offer: A collaborative and inclusive working environment.The chance to work on innovative projects that have a meaningful impact on Australia's sovereign remote operations industry which services multiple market sectors including space, resources, energy, and others both domestically and internationally.Flexible working arrangement with the opportunity to work 1-2 days from home.Competitive salary package commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
