About the Role Your Day-To-Day activities Identify, recruit and onboard high-potential partners that create value for Dotdigital, the partner and their customers.Manage a diverse array of mid-market agencies and tech partners at scale offering ongoing engagement and support to ensure they continually refer clients to Dotdigital.Educate partners on Dotdigital's value by regularly conducting enablement sessions, delivering presentations and platform feature demonstrations to various members of partner organizations.Collaborate with high potential partners and foster their growth within the partner program by developing strategies that encourage the continuous pursuit of higher tiers.Cultivate and maintain relationships with the wider internal partner team and support partnership managers in achieving their business success metrics, partner sales revenue targets and partnership related projects.Commercial Create new business referral opportunities (SQO's) from services and tech partners.Support active opportunities through partner influencing where appropriate and applicable.Marketing & Events Establish opportunities for joint lead-gen, content and brand awareness go to market campaigns through partners (e.g.
webinars, roundtable events, case-studies, white papers etc) for the marketing team to pursue and execute.Participate in industry conferences, events and proactively engage in networking opportunities with current and potential partners.General Identify insights, trends and correlations, and optimize performance based on those findings.25% travel as required to develop partner relationships.About You 2+ years of experience in partnerships or tech sales for SAAS or martech solutions, with expertise in cold calling, prospect qualification and scheduling demos.A positive and proactive attitude!
