As a Partner Director, you'll be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive growth, revenue, and retention. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, customer success, marketing, product, and executive leadership, to identify, onboard, and manage partnerships that align with our business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry with a keen eye on profitability as well as growth. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Driving Revenue and Growth: Through your expertise in co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development, you'll propel revenue growth and market expansion. Collaborating with sales and customer success, you'll manage joint pipelines, optimize conversions, and champion retention and expansion strategies. Enablement Excellence: You'll empower our partners with comprehensive training, resources, and support while aligning joint product roadmaps and ensuring seamless, top-notch integrations that exceed quality standards. Market Insights: Staying ahead of trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities will inform your data-driven strategies. You'll leverage your analytical mindset to measure performance and deliver insightful quarterly reviews that drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Champion: As the advocate for our partners and Go1, you'll foster cross-functional collaboration, aligning partnership activities with our overall objectives, including product roadmaps, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives. You'll bring with you:
Proven track record of success in partner management or business development roles within the SaaS industry. Ideally 7+ years. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive results in a cross-functional environment. Deep understanding of SaaS business models, technology trends, and competitive dynamics. Experience developing and executing partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize partnership performance for growth and profitability. In addition to your base salary: Annual bonus or commission plan. Employee Stock Option Plan: Opportunity to share directly in our success through stock options.
