Position: Part-time Paid Media Specialist

Location & hours:
Flexible work arrangements available - Choose between Newcastle or Sunshine Coast! Flexible hours totalling 20-30 hours per week (negotiable).
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with clients to develop effective digital marketing strategies and bring their ideas to life. You will then strategise and build campaigns inline with clients' objectives, brand & messaging.
Launch paid ad campaigns.
Manage paid advertisements across social media platforms, Google/YouTube, with experience on other paid platforms also advantageous.
Utilise your expertise to analyze data and present performance reports to clients, showcasing the impact of your strategies.
Think creatively and constantly think about strategies to improve ad performance.
Who You Are:
Confident and experienced in digital performance marketing, with at least 3 years of full time experience managing paid ads on a variety of platforms.
Proficient in managing ads across social media platforms, Google, and YouTube. Knowledge of other platforms is advantageous.
Experience delivering reports and interpreting results in a way meaningful to clients.
Skilled in data analysis and storytelling, able to present performance metrics effectively to clients.
Proficient in the setup of goal tracking and good working knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
Solutions focused with a strong work ethic and values.
Impeccable relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborative and cooperative nature (can-do attitude).
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
