About the RoleA part time role has been approved, for an initial 6 month contract, for an experienced HR Operations Partner to support the business with a variety of HR initiatives under a portfolio of work aimed at shaping and enhancing the employee experience across the business and fostering a positive and fulfilling work environment. In this role you will also support global policy development, supporting onboarding and offboarding programs, expanding wellness programs, and enhancing work arrangements and benefits.

The duties of the role are outlined below:

Support the development and implementation of global employee experience HR policies.

Support the globalisation of onboarding and offboarding policies and programs to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all employees across different regions and departments within the organisation.

Assist in expanding wellness and well-being programs and enhancing psychological safety in the workplace.

Support initiatives to improve work arrangements, benefits, and leave programs.

Other duties may be required from time to time to support HR operations and employee experience initiatives.

About YouJoining a friendly and passionate team, you will be a detail orientated HR operations specialist with a minimum of four years of HR experience. You will display strong business partnering skills and strong cross-cultural communication abilities which are complemented by a solid understanding of best practice human resources trends. Your role will require transferable skills to connect with and engage the team effectively, maximising their involvement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in transactional HR tasks, adept in employee relations, and passionate about promoting employee wellness and well-being initiatives.
