It is essential to recognise Carers as integral members of the broader performance support team in elite para-sport.We are seeking a dedicated and visionary National Personal Care Lead to join our team. This pivotal role will connect personal care workers and carers working with para-athletes across the Australian high-performance (HP) sport system. The aim is to create a supportive community, enhance practices, and set standards of care, all while supporting our athletes and teams to achieve excellence.About you – To be successful in this role you will possess the following capabilities:
